Actia China was founded in 2003 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Actia Group in China. It provides in vehicle electronic equipment and architecture systems, automotive electronic detection and diagnostic equipment, and software systems for non road mobile machinery such as buses, trucks, passenger cars, engineering machinery, and agricultural machinery. Actia China headquarters is located in Shanghai, with engineering technology centers in Wuhan and Chongqing respectively, employing more than 160 people, including about 90 research and development technicians.
